Darryl McMillan is the Lead Instructor for Crane, Hoist, Rigging and other specialized Competent Operator training courses.

He brings with him 15 + years in the Crane and Hoist trade with experience operating and assembling a wide variety of machine models, styles, configurations and capacities.

Prior to entering the Crane and Hoist trade, he has nearly 20 years manufacturing heavy agricultural, oilfield and highway transport equipment as an R&D fitter / fabricator.  Over this time he has operated a variety of hoisting and lifting equipment.

Darryl has been a safety program coordinator / auditor in both industry trades which included developing CORE safety programs, providing training, and promoting safe work environments.
